WAIVER POLICY
- Waiver form must be signed by the parent or legal guardian if the participant is under the age of 18 years old.
- No longer does our waiver need to be notarized! Simply have a parent or guardian sign the waiver form online and we will have it in our system instantly.
- The minimum age requirement is 5 years of age.
- Helmets required if under 18 years of age.
- Waivers must be filled out in order to be out on the skatepark floor.
Waiver form must be completely filled out and signed!
NO WAIVER, NO ENTRY!
